The writing style was aimed at young people untrained in managing a home kitchen, planning and preparing weekly meals, and nutritional guidelines. Teaching enabled me to test recipes, hone writing skills and listen to the opinions, likes and dislikes of students and their families.
Each experience we have throughout our lifetime enriches and educates us for future endeavors. I consider this period of time a privilege and a blessing in my life.
